Location: Bellevue, New York, NY Employment Type: Temporary | 100% Grant-Funded Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Business Analyst to support its Special Pathogens Program . This role focuses on grant administration, financial analysis, budget management, compliance, and reporting for multiple grant-funded sub-recipients. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field . Experience with the grant application and grant management process . Strong knowledge of budget planning, analysis, and financial reporting . Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HR and Procurement . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Review and monitor grant expense reports, invoices, and reimbursement requests. Analyze budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial forecasts. Perform account reconciliations and assist with grant modifications and closeouts. Ensure compliance with grant requirements and review progress reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final grant expenditure reports. Coordinate with Finance, program managers, funding agencies, and sub-awardees. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
