Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary : $50,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience) + commissions0

Responsibilities

• Manage a $1.8MM book of business, focusing on personal lines middle market (90%) and high-net-worth market (10%).
• Drive new business sales with a monthly target of $30,000 (achievable by month 4 or 5).
• Handle accounts from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Leverage inbound leads (50%) and self-generated leads (50%) to grow the book of business.
• Cross-sell policies, ask for referrals, and network to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and accountable work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses : Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience : Minimum of 1 year of strong experience at an independent agency or extensive experience at a captive agency.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied and EZLynx software preferred.
• Soft Skills :
