What You'll Do
- Be a trusted advisor to real estate investorseducating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios
- Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property success
- Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing
- Leverage company-provided leads and Salesforce to build and manage a strong pipeline
- Drive growth by consistently exceeding origination goals and delivering an exceptional borrower experience
- Amplify your reach through strategic outreach, marketing materials, and smart client qualification
