Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: This position is for a Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy operations, providing comprehensive patient care, and ensuring community health engagement. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of pharmacy merchandise. Lead customer service initiatives and model excellent patient interactions. Oversee community outreach programs and promote community involvement. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in working with patients, healthcare providers, and data analysis to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Ability to manage staff and oversee pharmacy operations effectively.
