Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP in Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with early elementary grades, is highly valued
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for fostering positive relationships with young learners, teachers, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to K-3rd grade students on-site
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support each child’s academic and social development
• Maintain timely, compliance-based documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings as needed
• Provide education and guidance to families about their child’s communication needs
