(USA) Freight Flow Associate-2

Position Summary As a Sam’s Club forklift operator and inventory associate, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining the sales floor, providing member service, and supporting club pick‑up orders while ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures. What You’ll Do Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with company safety standards. Receive, organize, and inventory merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, including zoning, stocking, rotating, and displaying products, and removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods. Provide member service by acknowledging members, addressing member needs, guiding technology use, and resolving issues. Conduct safety sweeps, follow hazardous material handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions to management. Process club pick‑up orders, assist team members in staging orders, and perform occasional audits for accuracy. Use inventory tools to track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage. Adhere to company values of integrity, respect, and excellence and collaborate with teammates and managers. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior forklift experience with certification. Ability to safely operate pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience in a retail environment. Experience supervising a team.
