Responsible for making sure that member and guest health is protected by always using the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.Wash all dishes, flatware, glassware pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils in dishwashing machine or by hand.Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.Wash all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas.Collect trash from kitchen areas, empty garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags.Sweep and mop kitchen floors.Cleans dishwashing machine after each meal period.Assist in food preparation, putting away deliveries, and cleaning coolers, freezers and storage rooms as needed.Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.Performs additional assignments per the direction of Chef or Club Managers.Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.REQUIREMENTSKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
