BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician

Spartanburg Medical Center (SMC) located in Spartanburg, SC is seeking to hire a FULL-TIME BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to become part of the SMC - Center for Infectious Disease. The ID physician will join a group of 4 BC Infectious Disease physicians and 1 PA.
Highlights of the position include:
* Hybrid inpatient & outpatient position with half day clinics
* Providers maintain continuity of care by following their own patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings
* Dedicated inpatient and outpatient wound care team, infectious disease pharmacists, nutritionist, and mental health counselor embedded into the program
* Outpatient services to include: o Well established Ryan White clinic o Travel medicine o Outpatient consultations o Primary care for Ryan White patients
* 1:5 weekday and weekend call, split evenly amongst the providers
* EPIC EMR system
* PLSF approved institution
* Compensation package including: o $6,000 CME allowance and 30 days time off per year o Attractive retirement options including a 401k with employer match o Paid Malpractice with tail coverage incorporated into the policy o Sign on bonus and Relocation assistance available
