Shift Manager – Launch Family Entertainment | Okemos, MI
About Launch Lansing Launch Family Entertainment in Okemos is more than a trampoline park — it's a high-energy experience destination where kids and families come to play, celebrate, and make memories. We're growing and looking for a motivated, people-first Shift Manager to help lead our team and keep the fun running smoothly.
What You'll Do As a Shift Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations. You'll open and close the park, supervise a team, and set the standard for guest experience on every shift. Your first 60 days will be spent learning every role in the building — from Court Monitor and Cashier to Krave Café and Laser Tag Marshal — so you can lead from the front with credibility and confidence.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the park
- Supervising and mentoring team members
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and exciting environment for every guest
- Supporting staff across all roles as needed
What We're Looking For You thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and bring steady energy and a positive attitude when things get busy. You lead by example, sweat the details, and genuinely enjoy working with young people.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older with reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evenings (until 10 PM) and weekends — this is a must
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Lansing, MI area before starting
Preferred certifications: ServSafe, CPR
