Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create innovative therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Evidence-based Interventions: Use clinically supported practices to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones about therapeutic methods to promote ongoing progress and independence beyond the clinic.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor patient developments closely and adjust treatment plans to keep them on track toward their goals.

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• An active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
