Custodian PositionSummary: In relation to contributing to our mission and goals, under the direct supervision of the Campus President the Custodian maintains the facility so that a safe, clean and presentable environment is given to the public and employees.Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Cleans and stocks restroomsEmpties trash containersVacuums and cleans carpetsEnsures the cleanliness of classrooms, labs, offices, reception area and student and employee loungesPerforms other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Core Competencies:Adaptability – Responds to change with a willingness and ability to learn new ways of working.
