Sales Ambassador

Summary Sales Ambassadors create personalized, high-touch shopping experiences for clients while representing the Ralph Lauren brand on the sales floor. They drive individual and team sales through clienteling, digital tools, and product expertise, while supporting training, talent sourcing, and store initiatives. Ambassadors maintain visual standards and contribute to a professional, collaborative store environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge, styling recommendations, and personalized clienteling. Drive sales performance by meeting individual KPIs and supporting team sales plans. Leverage CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo connect) to capture customer data and execute outreach. Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, hiring, and store initiatives. Maintain store visual standards and adapt selling approaches for in-person and remote customers. Requirements Sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
