Compensation: $300,000-$320,000 base
Location: Fulton, Maryland

Compensation: $300,000-$320,000 base
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 retention bonus after 1 year

New graduates welcome This is an opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led OB/GYN practice offering comprehensive women's health services in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
- Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures
- Participate in shared call (equally distributed among physicians)
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
