Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests.
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently.
- Communicate with clients regarding service status, updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of service work orders and technician reports.
- Support billing and administrative processes related to service work.
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in service coordination, dispatching, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) or similar software; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
