As a Residential Field Sales Representative, you'll help customers discover the benefits of WOW!'s industry-leading internet and technology services while building valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills that can accelerate your career.

What You'll Do

• Meet with potential customers in assigned territory and introduce them to products and services
• Build relationships within local neighborhoods and communities
• Educate customers on internet, broadband, and technology solutions
• Participate in community events and local outreach activities
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
• Partner with sales leaders and teammates to continuously improve and grow

Working Environment

• Work outdoors and within local neighborhoods in varying weather conditions
• Drive throughout your assigned territory
• Regularly walk, stand, and interact with customers
• Use company technology to manage customer interactions and sales activities
• Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends when customers are most available
