Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience in call center or online customer service environments.
