responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for engineering, ensuring artifacts are produced, reviewed, approved, and retained per quality standards.
• Proactively liaise with contributors and stakeholders to progress draft documentation, coordinate reviews, and secure required approvals.
• Provide technical writing support during document reviews, flagging potential issues for Quality team escalation.
• Maintain documentation repositories and strict version control to preserve audit readiness and traceability.
• Support adherence to risk and issue management policies, following up on outstanding records and status updates.
• Manage document routing, administrative finalization, uploading, and signature coordination.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline
• 1+ years of experience in documentation, compliance, or quality operations
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) management aspects.
• Familiarity with core computer systems validation (CSV) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts.
