Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Landscaping Foreman to oversee multiple landscaping crews and manage daily field operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing large landscaping projects, and a solid understanding of sod installation, job measurements, and state and highway contract work. This position requires someone who can effectively supervise 4–6 crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise and coordinate 4–6 landscaping crews

● Manage daily field operations, crew assignments, and project schedules

● Oversee landscaping, sod installation, maintenance, and related site work

● Read and understand state, municipal, and highway contract project requirements

● Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and contract standards

● Accurately measure and size jobs for labor, materials, sod, and equipment needs

● Understand the difference between sod rolls and sod pallets and determine the appropriate quantity for each project

● Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy

● Communicate with customers, project managers, inspectors, and crew members

● Track materials, equipment, production, and job progress

● Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

● Train, direct, and hold crew members accountable for performance

● Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly and professionally

Experience Requirements

Qualified candidates should have proven experience as a landscaping foreman, supervisor, or crew leader, including:

●  Managing multiple landscaping crews

● Supervising 4–6 crews or similar field operations

● Landscaping, sod installation, and maintenance projects

● State, municipal, or highway contract work

● Accurate job measuring, estimating, and material calculations

● Understanding sod rolls versus pallets

● Crew scheduling and project coordination

● Quality control and job-site inspections
