POSITION: Medical Sales Account Executive
Location: Roswell, New Mexico
SCHEDULE & TERRITORY
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full time field-based sales role
• Daily travel throughout assigned territory required
Coverage Area
• Roswell, New Mexico
• Artesia, New Mexico
• Carlsbad, New Mexico
• Loving, New Mexico
• Territory focused on hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and referral sources
• Roswell residents preferred
• Surrounding communities will be considered
• Candidates should understand that commuting mileage to and from the office is not reimbursed
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Daily territory travel is expected
• Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel within the territory OVERVIEW
This is a territory driven healthcare sales role focused on referral development, relationship building, and business growth.
• Identify, develop, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Educate referral sources on company's products, services, and value-based care solutions
• Prospect, present, and close new business opportunities
• Manage and grow an assigned rural territory
• Partner with operations and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient service
• Track sales activity and territory trends through call planning and reporting systems
• Conduct face to face meetings throughout the territory WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Consistent referral growth across assigned territory
• Strong provider relationships and repeat business
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Effective management of territory activity and pipeline development
• Building long term partnerships within the healthcare community
