Material Coordinator

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Material Coordinator to start IMMEDIATELY at a competitive rate. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Support daily materials and inventory operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment tracking and expediting
• Support production by pulling inventory and supporting build-out requirements
• Follow engineering change procedures and manage min/max inventory levels
• Communicate supply issues and risks with suppliers and internal teams
• Support plant inventory activities, dock operations, and shipment transactions

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in materials or manufacturing
• 1-3 years of experience in materials, logistics, or automotive manufacturing
• Experience with inventory systems and JIT environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow standardized procedures
