About the Position
Our client is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a regional driving opportunity based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This position involves operating a curtainside trailer to transport products safely and efficiently while following company policies, DOT guidelines, and applicable traffic laws.
Pay & Schedule Details
- $0.49 per mile plus stop, layover, and detention pay
- Estimated weekly gross pay of $1,500
- Home twice per week
- 40 hours per week
- Temporary-to-permanent employment opportunity
Job Details

- Handling: Light touch; strap and secure cargo after deliveries when necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a curtainside trailer safely in various traffic and weather conditions.
- Transport and deliver products according to scheduled routes.
- Strap and secure cargo after each delivery when necessary.
- Follow company policies, DOT guidelines, and applicable traffic laws.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Attend required safety meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move up to 175 pounds.
