Industrial Machinery Mechanic / Maintenance TechnicianAre you an experienced maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills? We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Machinery Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair printing presses, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems while minimizing downtime and supporting safe production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair printing presses and manufacturing equipmentDevelop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programsPerform electrical diagnostics and repairs (120V-480V systems)Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systemsMaintain maintenance records and update QT9 entriesOperate and maintain facility generators as neededAssist with 6S workplace organization initiativesManage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentationCoordinate repairs with outside vendors and contractorsSupport facility and building maintenance as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards, Lockout/Tagout procedures, ISO requirements, and company policiesProvide daily updates on equipment status, repairs, and maintenance prioritiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent5-10 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read electrical schematics and technical documentsKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsLockout/Tagout experience preferredGenerator operation experience preferredStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work overtime and Saturdays when neededWhy Join Us?Stable manufacturing environmentMonday-Friday scheduleCompetitive pay ($42 - $49 hourly) and benefitsMatching 401(k), PTO, and paid holidaysGrowth and development opportunitiesSafety-focused, team-oriented cultureEEO Employer – Veterans and IWD are strongly encouraged to applyLabelmaster is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and we are committed to the concept and practice of equal opportunity in all aspects of employment.
