Operations Client Experience Coordinator

A high-producing real estate business is seeking an Operations & Client Experience Coordinator to help strengthen the operational, marketing, and client experience side of the business as we continue to scale. This role works directly with leadership while helping oversee the moving pieces between sellers, team members, vendors, marketing, operations, and closings. The right person will help ensure clients feel supported, communication stays clear, and nothing important falls through the cracks. Compensation: • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience and performance) • Bonus potential: 10-20% of salary based on performance or per-closing incentives • Retirement plan: SIMPLE IRA with 3% match • Flexible PTO – we make it work, no rigid policies • Opportunities for growth as the team scales to 125+ transactions per year This is a full-time, in-person role based in Irmo, SC. Applicants MUST be local to be considered. Responsibilities: Client Experience & Communication • Serve as a consistent point of communication for sellers throughout the listing process • Proactively call sellers to check in, answer questions, and ensure they feel supported • Help ensure no client feels forgotten, confused, or out of the loop • Support clients through the closing process and post-closing follow-up • Assist with long-term client relationship building, including follow-up systems, anniversaries, and client touchpoints Operations & Coordination • Support leadership with day-to-day business operations • Help oversee communication between virtual assistants, transaction coordinators, vendors, clients, and leadership • Monitor operational follow-through to ensure important tasks and conversations are completed • Recognize communication gaps or operational issues before they escalate • Manage scheduling, coordination, calendars, and organizational flow • Monitor internal communication channels and help maintain accountability and efficiency • Create, improve, and maintain systems and procedures • Maintain CRM/database accuracy and organization • Assist with lead intake, routing, and follow-up systems • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity Listing & Marketing Coordination • Coordinate listing preparation, including signs, lockboxes, keys, photography, scheduling, and listing readiness • Review listings before going live to ensure accuracy and completeness • Manage listing updates, including price reductions, relists, back-on-market listings, and cancellations • Execute listing marketing plans from start to finish • Create brochures, feature sheets, buyer/seller packets, and marketing materials • Upload and manage listing photos and videos • Enhance listings across MLS and third-party platforms • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling across multiple platforms • Coordinate listing and team video content • Help maintain brand consistency and online presence • Track marketing performance and engagement Qualifications: • Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Mindset, communication skills, organization, and follow-through matter far more • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong sense of urgency and accountability • Social media and digital marketing experience preferred • Comfortable learning and using technology platforms and systems • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Service-minded with a positive, team-oriented attitude • Comfortable handling strong personalities and fast-moving situations • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
