About the Role

As a Travel Logistics Coordinator, you will assist clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through departure. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and finding solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Research destinations, travel options, and supplier offerings to identify solutions that align with client preferences
• Create and manage customized travel itineraries
• Communicate with clients to understand travel goals and preferences
• Maintain accurate records and booking information
• Monitor reservation details and assist with travel-related updates when needed
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and industry partners
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
• Manage multiple client requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
