Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Unload trucks and rail containers following all safety procedures
- Use RF scanners to move, track, and manage inventory
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting
- Position materials for manufacturing operations
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Replenish pick bins and maintain warehouse stock levels
- Load and unload trucks and rail containers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Experience operating forklifts (counterbalance and sit-down)
- Strong computer and scanning skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work in various warehouse departments
- Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
