We are seeking a creative and experienced Event Designer to join our team. The Event Designer will be responsible for designing and executing visually stunning events that exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the event
Create event design concepts, including color schemes, decor, lighting, and floral arrangements
Develop detailed event design plans and sketches
Source and select decor and rental items
Manage event design budgets and timelines
Coordinate with vendors, including florists, rental companies, and lighting technicians
Set up and tear down event decor and design elements
Provide on-site event design support and troubleshooting as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Event Designer or similar role
Strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Event Design, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Event Designer
A portfolio of previous work showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
