We’re excited to add a Retail Store Shift Lead to our growing team to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide customers with accurate information about store products and available services Support customer inquiries and requests both in person and by phone Handle daily store opening and closing procedures Oversee and coordinate sales floor activities to ensure efficient operations Welcome customers and deliver courteous, professional assistance Keep the sales floor, stock areas, and displays clean and well-organized at all times Process customer purchases accurately, including payments and receipt issuance Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as necessary Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by store management What You’ll Need: 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred Prior sales, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are a plus What It’s Like Working Here: Each store operates with a collaborative and close-knit team environment where employees have the opportunity to contribute directly to store success and daily operations.
