Customer Return Representative

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Customer Return Representative to ensure a smooth, efficient vehicle return experience in our fast-paced rental locations. In this on-site role, you will greet customers, inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage, and accurately document all findings in our systems. You’ll explain any additional charges, address questions, and resolve basic issues while coordinating with counter, fleet, and maintenance teams to manage vehicle flow.
