Healthcare Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our dynamic team. The position requires a variety of health-related credentials and competencies to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with essential health history documentation and testing.
• Maintain and verify credentials necessary for patient care and safety.
• Assist in drug screening and managing physical health statements.
• Participate in background checks and reference verification processes.
• Complete required training and competencies before commencing duties.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• License/Certificate Verification.
• MMR Vaccine.
• Fit Test certification.
• Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Influenza Vaccine.
• TB Test results.
• Driver's License/State ID.
• Varicella vaccination.
• Annual TB Questionnaire.
• Professional references.
• Criminal background check.
• Resume and employment verification.
• Education verification and client forms.
• Core competencies and skills checklist completion.
