We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Patient Access Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing , a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting skilled professionals with remote patient support opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone eager to start their healthcare career in a supportive, technology-forward environment. You’ll gain real-world experience assisting patients, verifying insurance details, and managing appointment workflows — all while learning from experienced mentors in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and eligibility
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and service coordination
- Document all interactions accurately in the EHR system
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone or portal with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines

- Strong communication and customer service skills
