Remote Patient Access Representative

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Patient Access Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing , a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting skilled professionals with remote patient support opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone eager to start their healthcare career in a supportive, technology-forward environment. You’ll gain real-world experience assisting patients, verifying insurance details, and managing appointment workflows — all while learning from experienced mentors in the field.

What You’ll Do

Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and eligibility
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and service coordination
Document all interactions accurately in the EHR system
Respond to patient inquiries via phone or portal with professionalism
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume interactions
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willing to learn healthcare systems and scheduling tools
