Job Locations Rockville, MD; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Montreal, Quebec (Canada) Responsibilities Work with the team leads to produce realistic schedules and milestone plans that are focused on the delivery of high‑quality features and assets. Define and manage feature sprints in coordination with discipline leads. Remove roadblocks and successfully drive features to completion. Communicate with senior management on development status and project risks. Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation. Manage direct reports. Qualifications At least 5 years of game production experience, preferably online. Ability to prioritize product initiatives by balancing business and qualitative needs. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative problem‑solving approach. Experience managing and mentoring direct reports. Ability to create project schedules and milestones, monitor progress against those schedules. Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure. Experience with modern project management software. Familiarity with Bethesda Game Studios’ games. Preferred/Bonus Skills Previous experience working with distributed development teams. Salary Range Senior Content Producer – Base pay range $95,000 – $215,000. The applicable range depends on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors such as role complexity, duties, and experience. Base pay is reviewed annually.
