We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our small law firm. This role involves providing focused legal services in estate planning, including drafting wills, forming trusts, and advising on asset protection strategies to meet client needs.

 

Responsibilities

• Draft wills tailored to clients’ estate planning goals
• Establish trusts to manage and protect client assets
• Advise clients on asset protection techniques
• Consult with clients to understand their estate planning needs
• Review and prepare legal documents related to estate planning
• Develop comprehensive estate plans that align with client objectives

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in relevant state
• Experience drafting wills and trusts
• Knowledge of estate law
• Familiarity with asset protection strategies
• Strong client counseling skills
• Entry-level experience in estate planning
