The surgery center specializes in bariatric, upper endoscopy, general, gynecological oncology, plastics, and robotic surgeries. Role Description We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist or Certified Surgical First Assist for a full-time, on-site position in Fayetteville, AR. The role involves assisting in surgical procedures, preparing operating rooms with the necessary equipment, and ensuring adherence to sterile techniques. The individual will closely support the surgical team during operations and play a critical role in maintaining patient safety and procedural efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in Surgical Technology and maintaining sterile operating environments Skilled in Operating Room protocols and ensuring equipment readiness Experience in Surgical Assisting, including prepping patients and supporting surgeons during procedures Knowledge of Medicine and Surgery to provide comprehensive support during medical procedures Certification as a Surgical Technologist and/or Surgical First Assist is required Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a surgical team Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
