Location: Rutherford, NJ, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $20.00 Hourly Felician University is presently seeking safety-conscious, flexible and dependable drivers who enjoy working with students in a college environment to serve as full and part-time inter-campus shuttle drivers. Shuttle drivers must be willing and available to work flexible schedules for evenings and weekends. Department Transportation Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred; safe driving record which meets the insurance requirements of the University;ability to read and interpret maps; e xcellent customer service skills ; ability to establish and maintain proper conduct and safety of passengers; positive, kind and compassionate interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, caution and composure at all times when operating transportation vehicles; fluency in verbal and written English sufficient to successfully perform required duties; skill in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties; ability to identify mechanical and safety hazards in a variety of transportation vehicles; meet the physical requirements essential to safely and effectively perform required duties; thorough understanding of proper safety requirements for individuals with physical challenges; flexibility in adjusting work schedule to meet the needs of students, staff and faculty for transportation needs outside of the regular work schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Felician University
