Senior Data ScientistLocation: San Francisco (Remote) (PST Working Hours) Rate: DOE Type: ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead measurement and analytics initiatives for a cutting-edge Market & Media Analytics Product Platform used by large enterprise clients. This role focuses on designing scalable analytics frameworks, building experimentation strategies, and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical modeling, experimentation, large-scale data processing, and cloud-based analytics.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong probability, statistics, and hypothesis testing knowledgeExperience with observational analytics and experimentationExpertise in A/B testing and marketing measurement frameworksProgramming & ToolsPython (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)SQL (advanced querying and data analysis)PySpark / Spark SQL (large-scale processing)Data visualization / BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)Cloud & Data PlatformsAWS or GCP experienceLarge-scale data processing pipelinesRelational databases and data warehousesSpark performance optimizationMarketing Analytics (Preferred)MarTech / AdTech analyticsCampaign measurementAudience analyticsMedia performance analyticsQualificationsBachelor's with 10–15+ years of experience ORMaster's with 3+ years of experience ORPhD with 0–2 years of experienceDegree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
