What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record review and clinical interviews with inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on needs and functioning levels
• Document all treatment and assessment activities accurately in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques tailored to each individual
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health support as needed
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure comprehensive mental health care delivery

What You Need
Required:

• Current license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Valid social security card and driver's license for facility clearance
• Open availability per CoreCivic scheduling policy
• Relevant mental health clinical experience

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in correctional or forensic mental health settings
