As employee benefits consultants in a business-to-business (B2B) setting, we demonstrate how the Colonial Life program helps reduce business costs, mitigate risk, decrease the time required to administer health benefits, and protect employees.

Requirements:

• Willing and able to obtain an MN Life & Health Insurance license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships by identifying needs and aligning solutions to achieve business outcomes.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, present product/value propositions, and demonstrate ROI to drive deal progression.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture opportunities through outbound and warm calling; maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, manage renewals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track progress against sales targets, prepare proposals, and close deals while ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
