The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAssess and document patient health status and needs.Develop and implement nursing care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary.Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.Required ExperienceCandidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing environment.Certifications / LicensureCurrent Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
