About Our Agency:

I've been an agent since 2017 and have a team of five. Before opening my agency, I worked in logistics, which gave me a strong foundation for running a fast-paced, results-driven business. I'm a proud graduate of Auburn University, married with one daughter, and actively involved with the Asian Chamber of Commerce and Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce. Our office is built on a strong family atmosphere where family truly comes first. It's a rewarding environment where hard work pays off, both professionally and financially. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
