About Our Agency:
I've been an agent since 2017 and have a team of five. Before opening my agency, I worked in logistics, which gave me a strong foundation for running a fast-paced, results-driven business. I'm a proud graduate of Auburn University, married with one daughter, and actively involved with the Asian Chamber of Commerce and Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce. Our office is built on a strong family atmosphere where family truly comes first. It's a rewarding environment where hard work pays off, both professionally and financially. I'm looking for team members who are coachable, outgoing, fearless, ambitious, and have the potential to be strong leaders. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
