Registered Nurse (RN)

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident care at Bayview Rehab. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing practice standards and the written plan of care as well as the physicians' plan of treatment. The RN follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per POC. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island. Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
