Details for Front Desk Supervisor position:

• $25-27 / Hour
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Fast Start Date
• Weekly Pay

Job Duties for Front Desk Supervisor :

• Deliver exceptional, engaging guest service and create memorable experiences
• Check guests in accurately, verify payment, and manage special requests
• Resolve guest issues and recover service to exceed expectations
• Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Pre-assign rooms including VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to manage daily operations
• Train, coach, and support front desk team members
• Assist with onboarding and training of new front desk agents
• Maintain sundries shop inventory and place orders as needed
• Promote and upsell hotel programs and services
• Communicate effectively with all departments to support operations
• Maintain house bank and follow all cash handling procedures
• Handle postings, charges, check cashing, safe deposits, and refunds
• Stay knowledgeable on emergency procedures and hotel policies
• Report key updates and issues to manager on duty
• Support other departments as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Front Desk Supervisor :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or resort experience preferred
• Outgoing, customer-focused communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Proficient with computers and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand and sit for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
