Summary The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and supports sales goals in a retail store. This customer-focused role builds customer connections while representing the brand's values and store vision. Responsibilities Drive sales goals by keeping customers at the center of decisions and providing an engaging store experience. Build clientele, support company initiatives and team training, and use digital and alternative shopping tools. Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on customer, category, and business opportunities. Work collaboratively to deliver a consistent experience aligned with brand expectations. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb as needed.
