Client Care Coordinator

Locally owned pediatric care facility seeking a highly organized and professional Client Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients, parents and providers. This fast-paced role is essential to creating a positive client experience while managing scheduling, intake, insurance verification, records, billing support, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intake process for new clients
• Coordinate scheduling and provider caseloads
• Maintain waitlists and communicate with clients regularly
• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations
• Process payments, invoicing, and account balances
• Maintain medical records and process record requests (HIPAA compliant)
• Order supplies and assist with office upkeep
• Support clinic operations and provider productivity
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous medical front office experience
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and dependability
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

• $16.00 to $18.00 DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
