Office Specialist

Position Summary
Irvine Park Railroad is hiring an in-person Office Specialist that is organized and has an outgoing personality. This position requires answering phones and emails, managing voicemails, assisting in scheduling groups and field trips as well as coordination party rentals. This position also requires working well with marketing and reservation supervisors.
- Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour
- 3 – 5 days per week
- 6 – 8 hrs. per shift
- Weekends and evenings during special events
Core Job Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails as well as managing voicemail system.
- Assist in coordinating party areas and moon bounce rentals.
- Assist in scheduling and managing field trips and group sales.
- Assist with planning and operation of seasonal special events.
- Assist in the design and editing of signage.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Adobe illustrator, Canva, and shopify are a plus.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Great time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts during all Special Events.
