Marketing Specialist – Multifamily

Q10 Property Advisors is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team!

This position supports Q10’s corporate brand and growing portfolio of multifamily communities through design, social media, content creation, property marketing, and project coordination . The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands digital marketing, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Multifamily experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:

Branding & Content Creation:

• Create professional, on-brand marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, proposals, signage, event collateral, and digital assets.
• Maintain consistent branding across corporate and property-level marketing.
• Develop templates and marketing tools that make it easier for onsite teams to create consistent materials.
• Support leasing campaigns, property promotions, corporate initiatives, and business development efforts.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement for corporate and property accounts.
• Create graphics, captions, short-form videos, reels, photos, and other digital content.
• Monitor social media platforms for engagement opportunities, resident concerns, trends, and positive stories.
• Review social media and digital performance to identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.

Property & Leasing Marketing:

• Create and update leasing flyers, floor plan sheets, move-in materials, resident communications, emails, signage, and other property marketing materials.
• Ensure property websites, specials, pricing, and marketing materials remain current and accurate.
• Support properties during lease-ups, occupancy pushes, special campaigns, and resident events.
• Review leads, traffic, leasing performance, and marketing analytics to help identify opportunities for improvement.

Corporate Communications & Events:

• Assist with internal communications for employees, vendors, owners, and industry partners.
• Design and format presentations, reports, project updates, proposals, and owner-facing materials.
• Support corporate events, conferences, sponsorships, employee initiatives, and company culture campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials for vendor partnerships and company programs.

Marketing Systems & Organization:

• Maintain an organized library of branded templates, graphics, photos, and marketing assets.
• Manage marketing requests, priorities, and project timelines.
• Assist with marketing technology and AI platforms used to support leasing and lead generation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous marketing, communications, or design experience required.
• Multifamily/property management marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong design and visual communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms .
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and quick turnaround times.
• Comfortable reviewing analytics and using data to make marketing recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with onsite teams, leadership, vendors, and other departments.
• High-energy, positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Salary:

$50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
