Support Coordinator

Supporting care and case managers in a full-time remote capacity, the Support Coordinator will assist with non-clinical activities such as managing authorizations, providing telephonic outreach, and handling member communications. Key responsibilities: Provide customer service to members and providers regarding authorizations and care coordination Manage requests and notifications related to authorizations and member needs Document member information accurately while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution Prior experience in a customer service environment Working experience in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
