Their primary goal is to ensure their team feels empowered to make decisions for the guests and have all of the tools needed to problem‑solve any issues that arise. Requested Tasks Courteously and accurately answer guest inquiries and concerns. Balance accounts from day shift. Balance and audit accounts for accuracy. Use suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue. Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to highest guest service standards. Train team members and respond to any problems in a quick manner. Fill in at the front desk as necessary. Requested Capabilities Prior experience preferred. Personable, engaging and professional personality. Attention to detail. Proven leadership skills. Ability to stand for extended periods at a time.
