Remote CA Resolution Paralegal Workers' Comp Settlements

Abramson Labor Group

Abramson Labor Group in California is seeking an experienced Resolution Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our Workers' Compensation Department. The role focuses on resolving cases, negotiating settlements, and evaluating case values.

You will work on CA WC regulations, EAMS, and AME/PQME processes, with potential travel to trial locations. Must have 1+ years' WC experience and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
