Raymond Storage Concepts is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you'll be at the center of our service operation, helping connect our customers, field service technicians, sales team, and internal partners to keep each day running smoothly.

No two days will look exactly the same. One minute you may be helping a customer with an equipment breakdown, the next you're communicating with a technician, reviewing a work order, coordinating an installation, or making sure an invoice is accurate and ready to go.

What You'll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Operations Manager and field service team to help deliver a seamless experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers calling with equipment breakdowns and service requests.
• Evaluate incoming service needs and help prioritize the appropriate technician and timing.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their service calls and provide proactive updates along the way.
• Review completed technician work orders throughout the day to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Monitor and manage Work in Progress (WIP), including updating work order notes and status codes.
• Process customer invoices accurately based on individual billing requirements.
• Close and invoice scheduled maintenance work orders and make necessary system updates.
• Partner with Service Technicians to resolve missing information or discrepancies on work orders.
• Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to provide a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate new equipment installations between customers, Sales, and Service Technicians to help ensure scheduling and execution go smoothly.
• Help keep the service operation organized and moving forward as priorities change throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

You don't have to come from the material handling industry to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone with strong transferable skills and the ability to learn our business.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, coordination, scheduling, or a similar environment.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help solve problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong data entry and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
• The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of the team.
• A proactive mindsetyou see something that needs attention and take ownership of helping move it forward.

This position is onsite five days per week at our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) office and follows a MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule.
