Entry‑Level Financial Advisor position at Prudential Advisors in the NYC/NJ area (Paramus, NJ). This role offers a career path as a Financial Planner and the opportunity to help clients achieve their financial goals. Requisite Path and Compensation The candidate will commence with the Pre‑Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which they study for FINRA and resident state licenses. Company covers fees and study material costs. After successful completion, the successful candidate may begin part‑time employment as a CDP Contract Associate with a base pay of $15 per hour (or the applicable minimum wage if higher). Upon completing the Contract Associate phase the candidate may be selected as a full‑time Financial Professional Associate, remuneration based solely on commissions and bonuses. Full‑time Associates may qualify for a 401(k) plan, company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and paid leave depending on plan terms. Responsibilities Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients. Gather client information to build robust financial plans. Help clients prepare for retirement. Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations. Qualifications Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Customer‑service champion. Engaging and compelling communicator and negotiator.
